Battle[]
Serenoa Wolffort is tricked by the Aesfrosti into a battle with House Falkes.
Terrain and strategy[]
The longer lift on the map is broken down and can be fixed. Serenoa needs to examine the broken lift and then talk to a young man in red and white standing beneath the lines of the working lift to report that isn't functioning. He then needs to enter the house next to the windmill and talk to the old man inside to secure the needed parts. After this, Serenoa should talk to the pair as they stand outside the windmill to trigger a brief scene where the lift is repaired.
During this rout, the battlefield is filled to the brim with flammable wheat and wood. Enemy units will use this to their advantage, and try to burn the very tiles player units stand on. Ezana Qlinka's rite of rain is recommended to put out these fires, and Frederica Aesfrost's flame shield can help negate some fire damage.
There are also ziplines across the battlefield, which can be used to traverse the the map faster. The closer zipline will only be available if it was fixed during the exploration phase. It may be tempting to use this zipline to quickly attack the top terrace, but this is extremely risky as many enemy units will be in position to attack, including the shieldbearers coming up the right side. It's safer, if a bit slower, to advance up the right side, dealing with the shieldbearers first and ideally defeating a unit or two on the middle terrace.
