Conviction[]
Battle[]
Serenoa Wolffort and his party defend the Roselle village from Hyzante troops brought in by Silvio and Rufus.
Terrain and strategy[]
The party starts off divided into two groups. One is closer to Rufus, and one is closer to Silvio. While Rufus is the more dangerous of the two bosses, Silvio brings a larger group of regular enemies to contend with, and the reinforcements that appear later on will probably aid Silvio, so the group dealing with Silvio is going to need strong heals and to be able to survive more hits. Hughette's Blinding Arrow may be of particular use in this fight. The Hyzantian Battlemages use of Spark is a concern due to its ability to cause paralysis.
Silvio himself fights somewhat like a rogue, using a dagger. His attacks range from moderate to high damage. While less dangerous than Rufus, he is beefier and a meaningful threat, though not necessarily much worse than the regular enemies. It may be worth thinning out the ranks before focusing on taking down Silvio. Unfortunately, he starts close enough that it's probably not going to be feasible to take down many of the Hyzantian soldiers before he's in range to cause trouble.
Rufus hasn't changed much since his previous time in battle. Mages are valuable against him as single-target spells do heavy damage to him. Erador's Ram Foe is also useful since it can trigger a fair chunk of fall damage if used while Rufus is climbing up to attack.
