Kamsell Pharant is a non-player character in Triangle Strategy.
Profile/Story[]
Saintly Seven, Minister of Domestic Affairs[]
Kamsell is one of the Saintly Seven of the Holy State of Hyzante, and the Minister of Domestic Affairs. He is a respected warrior, and helps maintain peace both inside and outside of Hyzante.
Kamsell was investigating Sorsley Ende's illicit salt smuggling before House Wolffort comes along. If House Wolffort chooses to help Sorsley smuggle salt, he retrieves the incriminating ledgers from Sorsley's encampment himself and reports the Sorsley to The Hierophant. If House Wolffort chooses to report Sorsley's salt smuggling and finds enough evidence, Kamsell is the one to arrest Sorsley right in his own encampment.
In Chapter XIII, Part I: Our Time Has Come, Kamsell and Exharme Marcial are apart of the Hyzantian force aiding House Wolffort in retaking Glenbrook.

Mid-Battle Conversations[]
Chapter XVIII, Part III: For Freedom[]
vs. Serenoa[]
- Kamsell: You have been seduced by the lies of the Roselle, Minister Serenoa. I would expect better from one of the Saintly Seven.
- Serenoa: The only lies are those of the Goddess Herself. She accuses the Roselle of stealing her precious salt, when the opposite is true.
- Kamsell: Quiet! Her Teachings are sacrosant, and the Roselle shall pay for their crimes forevermore!
- Kamsell: I, Kamsell Pharant, shall carry out Her justice in Her stead! Purge the heretics from our land!
vs. Frederica[]
- Kamsell: Do you intend to follow your mother to her grave? Perhaps your fate was decided long before you were born.
- Frederica: No, I intend to realize the future she could not. The Roselle shall be free.
- Kamsell: Free? You speak as if they were held here by force.
- Kamsell: They are here by the grace of divine will, to answer for their sins. Listen! They want to be here-they want to cleanse their souls!
vs. Erador[]
- Erador: Lay down your arms, Kamsell! There'll be no quarter for those who insist on throwin' their lives away!
- Kamsell: You seem a worthy opponent. Before I skewer you on the end of my spear, tell me your name.
- Erador: Erador Ballentine, shield bearer of House Wolffort.
- Kamsell: Erador Ballentine. Remember to bow your head when I deliver you to the Goddess.
vs. Archibald[]
- Archibald: There was a time I admired your faith, Kamsell. But times change, and now I see you for what you are.
- Kamsell: Archibald...It pains me to see you turn your back on Her divine grace. Why?
- Archibald: I owe you no answers. Perhaps by this end of this, you'll understand.
vs. Milo[]
- Kamsell: Milo. You would betray us as well?
- Milo: We need not be slaves to divine will. People can guide us just as true, so long as they act with conviction.
- Kamsell: As I feared. Very well, the Goddess does not shirk from punishing even those once in Her flock.
Chapter XIX: Hold Fast to Courage[]
vs. Roland[]
- Kamsell: King Roland... Ah, I see. So Glenbrook plots to wrest the Roselle from us!
- Roland: This was Serenoa and Frederica's decision, not mine.
- Kamsell: Then why are you here?
- Roland: Because my own proposal was deemed unworthy.
- Kamsell: And what does that mean for Glenbrook?
- Roland: Glenbrook no longer has need of royalty to thrive. Even if that weren't the case, I am not fit to rule by any stretch of the imagination.
- Roland: I am Serenoa's spear. I keep his path clear of those who would obstruct him.
vs. Frederica[]
- Kamsell: I see you have decided to follow in Orlaea's footsteps, Frederica.
- Frederica: How do you know my mother's name?
- Kamsell: You think I could forget the heathen who dared gainsay the Goddess's Teachings?
- Kamsell: As your mother was punished for her grievous crimes, so shall you be!
